Jeremy Harvey is greatly enjoying a post paid-employment phase in which he can study painting and lecture on art, keep up his writing, and put his faith into action in a variety of ways. All this is enriched by his family and friends. He is married to Sheila and they are blessed with grandchildren and a lovely home and garden. Their Taunton and Somerset links grow stronger each year but he enjoys travel, too. His interest in contemplative meditation goes back nearly 40 years to the writings and teaching of Marian Dunlop (who founded the Fellowship of Meditation about 1930). Attending study days taken by Peter Tyler and Julienne McLean led to his going to Avila with them in 2008 and to an interest in Teresa of Avila and John of the Cross - and to praying without words.
