Jennifer Holden is a former producer and broadcaster for BBC Radio 4 and Granada Television. She has wide experience of retreat giving and spiritual direction. She has written many articles on spirituality and specialises in music, art and dance retreats. Jennifer is the first woman to have been invited to work at the heart of a Carmelite Retreat House, planning and shaping at grassroots level and sharing the ministry with the friars.
