Psychology and the Jewish mystical tradition of Kabbalah Z’ev Ben Shimon Halevi Z’ev ben Shimon Halevi is the Hebrew name of Warren Kenton who was born in 1933 into a Sefardi Jewish Levite family in England. For over forty-five years he has studied the Jewish mystical tradition, has visited most major kabbalistic centres in Europe, North Africa and Israel, taught on six continents and written fourteen books that have been translated into fourteen languages. The journey of the soul - A Kabbalistic perspective Joanna and Kurt Browne Kurt and Joanna Browne have studied Kabbalah with Warren Kenton (Z'ev ben Shimon Halevi) since the 1970's and have led study groups and workshops here and abroad for 20 years. Kurt is from Trinidad in the Caribbean. He is a former secondary school teacher, now a mentor and educational consultant working with disaffected youth and advising teachers. Joanna is from England and grew up with missionary parents in Northern Nigeria returning later to work for the government in leprosy and health education. They have three grown children and currently live and work in London. |
