……Come rest awhile

The apostles rejoined Jesus and reported all they had done and taught. He said to them, "Come with me, by yourselves to a quiet place where you can rest quietly." So they went away by themselves in a boat to a solitary place.

Mark 6; v 30-32.

The quiet day offers a space to rest in stillness and silence…
a time for yourself, to listen and reflect.

We will begin the day at 10am and finish at 3pm.
There will be opportunities for silent prayer together
and private reflection throughout the day.

Dates for 2012:

Saturday 15th December - with reflections from the Orthodox Saints.

Dates for 2013:

Saturday 23rd March - with reflections from the French Saints.

Please bring a packed lunch.
Tea, coffee and drinks will be provided.
